Refund & Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can initiate a return directly from your customer account, or contact us by email at info@primagarments.com before the withdrawal period expires.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We do not offer free returns.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items bought with discount codes, sale items, or special promotional deals
• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

All other customers:

For returns outside the EU, please contact us at info@primagarments.com within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
