HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please allow 5-15 days shipping.A tracking number will be provided in the email indicating that the items has been shipped. For international shipping, please look at the original shipping website for tracking numbers provided for different countries. They usually appear when the parcel is handed over between post services. Also keep in mind that different curriers have different update systems. It can sometimes take up to a few days for updates about the shippment to appear.Thank you!

We offer tracked packages sent with Austrian Post, as well as local pick up option in Graz, Austria. For custom delivery services, please get in touch before placing your oder.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

PRIMA does not offer free returns at this time, for returns you will have to pay return shipping. Please email: info@primagarments.com for information how to exchange sizes or return items, within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the sale is final.
